Using kratom can be tricky.
The FDA has not approved kratom for internal use, so I can’t recommend anything having to do with drinking or swallowing kratom. Kratom is approved for aromatherapy, soap-making and craft-making.
Instead, this article is going to focus on drinking protein powders in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Protein powder can be difficult to take because it doesn’t taste good and in powdered form it can stick to your mouth easily.
Some ways of taking protein make it take longer to kick in and you have to deal with the bitter taste more than is necessary.
The best way to take protein powder should be quick, easy, and give you the fastest results.
Making it into a tea uses a lot of powder and you still have the bitter taste to deal with.
Mixing it with a drink can cover up the taste but it takes longer to feel the effects unless you drink it all in one big gulp.
The toss and wash method is the easiest and most efficient way to take protein powder and it also gives you the fastest results.
Maybe you’ve heard about the toss and wash method but you have no idea how to do it.
This is exactly how.
What you need:
A powder of your choice (protein powder) .
Water or another beverage of your choice.
How to do it:
Measure out the protein powder that you plan to take.
Put the powder into a container that is easy to pour from.
Take a small sip of water and keep it in your mouth. This will prevent the powder from sticking to your mouth and your gums when you pour it in.
Carefully pour the powder into your mouth.
Take another small sip of water and use that to wash down the powder. Don’t use too much water because you’ll taste the protein powder more strongly and you’ll probably gag.
Drink down the magical potion.
You may need to sip more water and swirl it around your mouth to get all the traces of powder.
With practice you’ll be able to do this quickly and you won’t need a lot of water.
Here is a detailed description of how I do it:
I keep the first sip of water in my mouth under my tongue behind my bottom teeth. Then I pour in the protein powder. When I take the next sip of water to wash it down I sip it almost like I’m drinking through a straw. I sip enough water so that it feels like the powder isn’t going to stick to my mouth but not so much water that I fill up my mouth. Then I swallow the protein powder and water mixture. This way the powder makes the least amount of contact with my mouth so there’s less risk of it sticking and also less time for me to taste it.
If the protein powder is any good you should feel the effects in twenty to thirty minutes.
