You may be curious to know what to expect if you order kratom from an online vendor. Here’s exactly what the process is like from beginning to end.
When you’re ready to place your order you’ll visit the website of the vendor you want to use and choose the kratom that you want. You may be prompted to create an account or continue as a guest.
Select your method of payment and delivery options. Some vendors may offer rush shipping for an extra cost.
Complete the order. You’ll get an email confirmation which usually includes a tracking code.
Now you wait. I still get eager every time I place an order, like a kid waiting for Christmas. I usually check the tracking progress a couple of times a day.
When your shipment arrives it’ll probably be in a large flat envelope. If you order a large quantity then it may be shipped in a box.
I placed an order from Happy Hippo Herbals this past Saturday and my kratom arrived on Tuesday. Here’s the envelope in my mailbox. The mailman really folded and stuffed it in there. It’s a good thing they pack the kratom in strong little plastic bags that don’t tear easily.
The flat rate shipping envelope is pretty sturdy itself. I tear it open and there are my goodies inside. I ordered kratom, kratom balm, and some kava to try out.
Here is everything that was included in the envelope. A four ounce bag of Red Hot Hippo kratom, a four ounce bag of kava, Botani Balm with Happy Hippo kratom, several sheets of paper, and some free kratom samples!
The paper on the top left is a set of instructions for using the kava. To the right of that is the order invoice. The pink sheet of paper below those is a hand-written (photocopied) note that Happy Hippo sends with every order, a nice little personal touch. To the right of that pink paper is the kratom, and to the right of the kratom is the kava.
Below the pink paper is the balm in a plastic baggie. And to the right of the balm are two free samples of kratom that they included. That’s one of the things I really like about this vendor, that they include free samples with every order. The samples I got this time were White Hippo, which is one of my personal favorites. The other one is Happy Hippo II.
With other vendors that I’ve tried the experience has been similar. A few of them also included a hand-written note or a free sample. The high-quality kratom, speedy delivery, free samples and personalized touches are why Happy Hippo is my favorite vendor.

Happy Hippo Herbals is the best vendor that I’ve found after trying several of them. They offer a starter pack of kratom with a fast, moderate, and slow strain so you can see which kinds of kratom work best for you. They also include an addition fourth small sample of kratom at no additional cost.
